Receivable Trustee(*)	- Own, manage and administer underlying entrused receivables and collect the proceeds threreof for the benefit of the Trust Beneficial Interestholders - Issue trust certificates to the Trust Beneficial Interestholders - Inverst amounts held in the trust accounts pending distribution thereof in eligible investments following cosultation with the Service/Originator - Distribute amounts on deposit in the trust accounts to the Trust Beneficial Interestholders on Trust Distribution Date - Perform regulatory notices, registrations and reports in respect of underlying entrusted receivables.
Back Up Servier	- Back Up Servicer replaces the initial Servicer for entrusted receivables at the time of the Event of Servicer's Termination * No more acceptance of the new appointment of Back Up Servicer since April 2022
Transaction Administrator	- Established and manage the Bond Issuer Accounts - Prepare and deliver Transaction Administrator Report('TA Report') subjected to receipt of Monthly Servicer Report as well as relevant transaction information - Make payments in respect of principal and interest under the bonds as per the waterfall
Bond Issuer Servicer	- Collect and maintain all information pertaining to the Bond Issuer's asset * No more acceptance of the new appointment of Bond Issuer Servicer since January 2024
Bond Issuer Administrator	- Prepare and deliver the financial statements of the Bond Issuer *No more acceptance of the new appointment of Bond Issuer Administrator since July 2021
Security Agent	- Collaterize assets of the Bond Issuer and exercise the rights on the instruction of Bond Secured Parties if default events happen
Bond Registrar	- Manage and safekeep Bond Register in relation to the Bond
Paying Agent	- Manage payments to bondholders
Account Bank	- Open, transaction and close bank accounts
Escrow Agent	- Escrow Agent as an independent third-party holds deposits credited into the account opened in the name of escrow parties and releases as jointly instructed by escrow parties in accordance with various sale and purchase transactions including M&A, etc.
