CitiDirect, the global corporate internet banking service, is constantly updated to maintain the up-to-date environment in changing technological environment.
- Security Manager(s) are authorized to set up and set limitations on CitiDirect user entitlements. Users can access the system by using a security card (Safeword Card) for user authentication.
- Data inputted by users are encrypted to prevent data leakage and alternation.
- CitiDirect provides a function to block unauthorized attempts to access and audit reports for audit on system use.
- CitiDirect operates a disaster prevention and recovery system to ensure stability and continuation for customers.

Service Description
Payment and account statement inquiry services Various payment methods including domestic and overseas remittance and payroll are available. Reporting and inquiry services are provided for more efficient cash management.
File Service File service to link client’s ERP system with CitiDirect. Payment files downloaded from ERP system can be uploaded to CitiDirect or transaction details such as collections and payments can be downloaded in the form of files from CitiDirect so that they can be uploaded to ERP system.
Automated File and Report Delivery (AFRD) Payment files in a client’s server can be automatically uploaded to CitiDirect or designated account statement files can be automatically downloaded to a client’s server at a designated time. In addition, clients can receive reports via e-mail.
WorldLink Worldlink safely and swiftly processes overseas remittances by using Citibank’s global network.

Customer Support

Citibank supports clients to use CitiDirect through the organic service model which encompasses service implementation, training and follow-up service. Clients can benefit from the same service model overseas as well as in Korea.
