- Product Specialists in the head office make calls on customers together with relationship managers for sufficient product presentation or provide with knowledge and service on product and market information through seminars.
Revolving Credit Facilities
- When there is availability in credit lines created by repayment after reaching committed credit facilities of cumulated credit amount used, customers may use the available line again until expiry date as agreed with the Bank. This is a special service prepared for customers with good credit standing to get rid of inconveniences and maximize our service.
Preferential Treatment of Leading ECs - CitiRoyal Club
- - CitiRoyal Club is a program developed to support leading ECs with high growth potential and to grow together with them through preferential treatment.
- - For the mutual growth, Citibank selects ECs that are believed to have growth potential in consideration of business prospect, financial structure, and technical level, etc. as the CitiRoyal Club members to offer various supporting services.
