What is Export Document Tracking Service?
- - Through this service, you can track the delivery status and related information of the negotiation documents using the reference no. or the airwaybill no. of the delivery company and receive the information through cell phone SMS service or email.
Selecting the corresponding delivery company
- In principle, the delivery company is determined by the destination country of the export document.
- Please check the destination country of the export document and select the corresponding delivery company.
※ DHL KOREA : Europe, American continent, Africa, etc.
Service Details
- - Export Documents Tracking Service: You can check the delivery status on a real-time basis.
- - Export Documents Delivery Confirmation Service: You can receive the delivery result to the final receiver via cell phone or email.
- Questions and complaints: You can receive answers for your questions and complaints via designated email.
How to Use
- - After selecting the corresponding delivery company
- - Enter the Export Document Reference no. or Airwaybill no. of the delivery company and check the status.
※ If the negotiation is by a different bank or if you sent it yourself, tracking is available only by Airwaybill no. of the delivery company.
※ Tracking is available only for 3 months.
