Change of payment method/payment amount

How to change payment option

  • You may change your payment option by visiting Citibank homepage (www.citibank.co.kr) or by calling Citibank call center (1566-1000) or ARS, 1) 3 business days before the due date for full/minimum payment , and 2) 1 day before the billing date(2 weeks before the due date) for flexible payment.
Opting for Partial Payment Transfer Agreement via internetGo
  1. STEP1
    Access to Citibank homepage (www.citibank.co.kr)
  2. STEP2
    Select online service menu for credit cards
  3. STEP3
    Select “Payment Method Change” or :Payment Amount Change” on the top section after log on

Opting for Partial Payment Transfer Agreement via ARS

  1. STEP1
    Silver and gold member : 1566-1000
    Platinum member : 1566-1001
  2. STEP2
    Press 2 for credit card service
  3. STEP3
    Enter 13 digits of your NID + #
  4. STEP4
    Listen to service code guide and select Payment Method Change or Payment Amount Change
