Easy Pay is a simple payment service that requires verification via SMS only once you’ve signed up for it with your card.

How to Use

  • Registration
    1. STEP1
      You may find registration pages on Citibank Homepage or online payment screen
    2. STEP2
      Enter mobile phone number, SMS verification code, and personal information (card number, CVC2, etc.)
    3. STEP3
      Complete
  • Payment
    • Large shopping malls (alliance model)
      1. STEP1
        Login to shopping malls
      2. STEP2
        Select Easy Pay
      3. STEP3
        Verification via SMS
      4. STEP4
        Complete
      • Automatically registered after the first use through each alliance merchants.
    • General merchants (non-alliance model)
      1. STEP1
        Enter account information
      2. STEP2
        Select Easy Pay
      3. STEP3
        Verification via SMS
      4. STEP4
        Complete

Please note

  • Card PIN must be registered before applying for the service or adding a card. Register card PIN Now
  • Mobile phone must be registered under you own name for mobile user verification.
  • Only certificate for banking, credit cards and insurance allowed. Stock exchange-purpose certificate not allowed for the service
  • Cardholder information must match with those registered with your mobile phone carrier
  • Corporate, Citi-BC, Gift card cannot be used.
  • If your card is re-issued, you need to register the newly issued card again.
  • Alliance model can be used through alliance merchants only.
  • For iOS users, please select ’Never’ in Block Cookies configure and clear Cookies and Data.
    • Clear Cookies and Data: Settings > Safari > Click ‘Clear Cookies and Data’
    • Cookies Setting: Settings > Safari > Block Cookies > Select ‘Never’
