Smart Pay

Smart Pay is a new concept of the easiest payment from a smartphone.
Available on all web browsers without Active-x Installation.

Smart Pay service provides the same level of security as Normal Pay.

How to Install Smart Pay

  • Download Citi Mobile App by scanning the QR code below.

    • 1. Run ‘Play Store’ on an Android smartphone
    • 2. Search and download ‘Citi Mobile’

    • 1. Run ‘App Store’ on an iPhone
    • 2. Search and download ‘Citi Mobile’

How to register

Steps after downloading the Citi Mobile App

  1. STEP1
    Run Citi Mobile App and click ‘Smart Pay’
  2. STEP2
    Enter Card information
  3. STEP3
    Mobile phone and ARS authentication
  4. STEP4
    Set payment password

How to use Pay

Pay from smartphone

  1. STEP1
    Select ‘Citi Card’ when paying from online shopping mall
  2. STEP2
    Select ‘Smart Pay’ from payment screen
  3. STEP3
    Check billing information from the App
  4. STEP4
    Enter payment password
  5. STEP5
    Return to online shopping mall screen and click ‘Payment Confirmation’

Pay from PC

  1. STEP1
    Select ‘Citi Card’ when paying from online shopping mall
  2. STEP2
    Select ‘Smart Pay’ from payment screen
  3. STEP3
    Run Smart Pay from Citi Mobile App
  4. STEP4
    Scan barcode or enter billing code
  5. STEP5
    Confirm billing information and enter payment password
  6. STEP6
    Return to online shopping mall screen and click ‘Payment Confirmation’

Please note

  • Card PIN must be registered prior to service enrollment or adding a card. Register card PIN
  • Mobile phone must be subscribed under you own name for mobile user authentication.
  • Cardholder information must match with subscribed mobile phone account.
  • Only single smartphone devices are allowed for enrollment. (Multi-device enrollment not allowed)
  • Only bank, credit card, insurance type Certificate is available. Certificates for stock exchange are not available for the service.
  • You may need to reset your Smart Pay account for incorrect input of payment PIN for several times.
  • Lost & Stolen Cards may not be used.
  • Corporate, Citi-BC, Gift Card may not be used.
