Steps after downloading the Citi Mobile App

How to use Pay
Pay from smartphone

STEP1Select ‘Citi Card’ when paying from online shopping mall

STEP2Select ‘Smart Pay’ from payment screen

STEP4Enter payment password

STEP5Return to online shopping mall screen and click ‘Payment Confirmation’
Pay from PC

STEP1Select ‘Citi Card’ when paying from online shopping mall

STEP2Select ‘Smart Pay’ from payment screen

STEP3Run Smart Pay from Citi Mobile App

STEP4Scan barcode or enter billing code

STEP5Confirm billing information and enter payment password

STEP6Return to online shopping mall screen and click ‘Payment Confirmation’
Please note
- Card PIN must be registered prior to service enrollment or adding a card. Register card PIN
- Mobile phone must be subscribed under you own name for mobile user authentication.
- Cardholder information must match with subscribed mobile phone account.
- Only single smartphone devices are allowed for enrollment. (Multi-device enrollment not allowed)
- Only bank, credit card, insurance type Certificate is available. Certificates for stock exchange are not available for the service.
- You may need to reset your Smart Pay account for incorrect input of payment PIN for several times.
- Lost & Stolen Cards may not be used.
- Corporate, Citi-BC, Gift Card may not be used.
