Required Documents

• Individuals
  • Proof of identity of an individual: resident registration card, driver’s license etc. (proxy not acceptable)

    * Note: For identification using the passport, you are required to fill out and submit the banking transaction pre-application form, and thus contact a Citiphone for details in advance.

  • Passbook of an account to be registered as a withdrawal account, and relevant seal impression/signature: The account must allow free deposits and withdrawals. For customers without a passbook, you need to open an account with us first.
• Sole Proprietors (self-employed)
  • Proof of identity of a representative: resident registration card, driver’s license etc. (proxy not acceptable)
